THE LITTLE STORY | Les Jambes Molles almost started as a game. We were recovering some alcohols that hadn’t been selected for our grappa and decided to try making a gin in a very small batch — barely 50 bottles. The success at the boutique was immediate. With the steady demand that followed, we eventually decided to produce more and officially release the cuvée.

TASTING NOTES | Our spirit offers a remarkably aromatic nose, with spicy notes of anise and cardamom paired with the gentle sweetness of raisin aromas from the base alcohol. On the palate, discover a more boreal profile, brought by maceration with botanicals freshly hand-picked in the forests of Saguenay.
