Le Brut

THE LITTLE STORY | Le Brut marks a turning point in the vineyard’s history. In the early days, our “niche” wine was ice wine, but that style never quite matched our vision. So we set ourselves a new challenge: making a sparkling wine. There were a few (many) adventures along the way, but today it has become one of the family’s favourite cuvées.

TASTING NOTES | Golden yellow in colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is highly aromatic with notes of ripe apple, linden blossom, candied lemon and brioche. On the palate, the sparkling wine is dry and refreshing, with bubbles that burst with flavours of white-fleshed fruit. The finish is long with a delicate honeyed touch.
