A reinvented dining experience!
With its covered terrace, there is no better place to have a sweet moment by combining good food and good wines, both produced on site, prepared and served with care by the vineyard team and the brigade of Panache, the one of the best restaurants in town.

Initially, we were a building contractor in civil engineering, and an accountant in a multinational retail company. With 3 children, the management of the company, crazy hours, a lot of travelling, our schedule was just too much. One day, we did what many people dream of doing, that is to say, change their lives. We then liquidated the company, left our jobs and sold our house to launch headlong into a new adventure, that of becoming winemakers. From that moment, our passion has become our profession.
In 2003, we take possession of the vineyard to live there, and to continue the existing operations. To get there, we were surrounded by very competent people in the field. We followed courses available on the subject, traveled to wine producing countries, and got immersed in the many wine-readings. Surrounded by an experienced vineyard manager and a passionate agronomist, we have set up a driving mode of the vine which now proves beneficial to the entire culture. The collaboration of two French winemakers came structuring important phases of winemaking stages, from harvest, to bottling. Finally, with the help of passionate wine people and the public, we have created a warm and friendly atmosphere in the cellar during the tasting of our wines.
Today we are living proof that dreams can come true!
