Description

Tasting Notes | Straw yellow color with slightly greenish reflections. Fine nose reminiscent of aromas of ripe apple, citrus peel and hay. The bubble is fine and persistent. On the palate, the aromas are faithful to those perceived on the nose, and the texture is almost greasy. Dry and very refreshing.

Agreements | Pork tenderloin with mustard, grilled chicken salad with apples, fish and chips.
