Saison Terrasse

THE LITTLE STORY | Saison Terrasse was born after Charles spent time in Provence, where rosé is almost a religion. When he returned to the vineyard, he set out to create a great Quebec rosé. The name came naturally: for us, nothing beats a good rosé shared on a sunny terrace.

TASTING NOTES | Our rosé has everything you could hope for: beautiful aromatic complexity, body and freshness. The nose opens with aromas of wild berries such as strawberry, followed by notes of tropical flowers and a mineral sensation reminiscent of graphite. On the palate, the wine is almost round, yet supported by refreshing acidity.

TERROIR | Ste-Pétronille, silty schist

VINIFICATION | Direct pressing, all about freshness — best enjoyed on a lounge chair.
