L’remontant

THE LITTLE STORY | L’Remontant was born from a happy coincidence. A friend ended up with a brand-new still he could no longer use. Charles and Louis immediately saw the potential: turning our grapes into a spirit. Producing a strong alcohol entirely from the vineyard quickly became a project that felt both exciting and natural for us.

TASTING NOTES | A very fragrant and fresh nose with aromas of pear, white flowers and fresh herbs. On the palate, the texture is smooth. Best served well chilled. Ideal enjoyed on its own as a digestif, or as a base for your favourite summer cocktails.
