Le Voile

THE LITTLE STORY | Le Voile takes its name from the Voile de la Mariée, the small waterfall located to the left of Montmorency Falls, just across from the vineyard. It is one of the very first cuvées our family ever produced. Over the years, it has become a true classic for us — and a great favourite among our customers.

TASTING NOTES | Dry and refreshing, this blend of L’Acadie and Gewürztraminer aged in stainless steel reflects the evolution of our terroir. On the nose, it’s like a walk through fresh orchard fruits such as pear, nectarine and yellow apple, with notes of lemon zest and fresh herbs. On the palate, the body is well balanced and supported by refreshing acidity.
