THE LITTLE STORY | Le Pinogri tells an important turning point in the vineyard’s history. In the early days, the vineyard was mainly planted with Vandal-Cliche, the king grape of Île d’Orléans at the time. But over the years, it became more fragile and less well suited to our conditions. Pinot Gris gradually took its place, and today it feels perfectly at home on our island.

TASTING NOTES | This Pinot Gris reveals beautiful aromatic complexity, with ripe fruit aromas reminiscent of yellow peach, pineapple and mango. Notes of orange peel and mint leaf add further nuance. On the palate, the wine is superbly balanced, both in body and acidity.

VINIFICATION | 14-hour skin maceration before pressing, aged in stainless steel tanks
