THE LITTLE STORY | Le Bout de l’île is our second oldest cuvée. Since the very beginning, it has been our only white wine aged in oak barrels. For a long time, we dreamed of making it a 100% Chardonnay. It took decades to make that dream a reality… and today, we are truly proud of this wine.

TASTING NOTES | The nose is aromatic and complex, with notes of linden blossom and ripe apple. Malolactic fermentation brings subtle buttery nuances, while aging on the lees in barrel adds pleasant toasted bread aromas without overshadowing the fruit. On the palate, the wine is dry with a rich, creamy texture, balanced by fresh acidity.

TERROIR | St-Pierre-de-l’Île-d’Orléans, sandy loam and Ste-Pétronille, fine clay loam

VINIFICATION | Foudre and French oak barrels

AGRICULTURE | Sustainable, northern climate, hand-harvested, organic
