THE LITTLE STORY | Latitude 46° was born from the planting of Pinot Noir when we acquired a new parcel of land in 2020. At first, we thought it would become a rosé or a sparkling wine — making a red wine on Île d’Orléans seemed a little ambitious. But from the very first harvest, the ripeness of the fruit surprised us. We quickly realized this grape had the potential to produce a truly great red wine here.
TASTING NOTES | An elegant and refined red wine. The nose opens with aromas of red cherry and fresh raspberry. With time, notes of forest floor and sweet spices emerge. On the palate, the wine is supple and delicate, carried by a beautiful freshness that lingers through the finish.
