TASTING NOTES | Straw-yellow colour with slightly greenish highlights. A delicate nose revealing aromas of ripe apple, citrus peel and hay. The bubbles are fine and persistent. On the palate, the aromas mirror those perceived on the nose, with an almost creamy texture. Dry and very refreshing.
